Publishing a Project

You can publish a finished project in two ways:

• directly from Studio;
• in Orchestrator.

Publishing from Studio

Available only for Primo RPA Studio Enterprise edition.

Go to the Orchestrator menu tab and click the Publish button. This will open a window with a list of Orchestrator projects:

The window provides the following actions:

• Refresh - updates the list of projects that have already been added to Orchestrator.
• Add version - helps add a new version of the project (update it). Before clicking the button, select the project you want to update from the list.
• Create project - for uploading a new project to Orchestrator.

When creating a project, a configuration window will appear:

This window is similar to the window for adding a project in Orchestrator.

Publishing in Orchestrator

If you do not have Studio Enterprise, you first need to export the project to an archive, and then publish it through the Orchestrator UI.

To do this:

1. Go to File > Export > Pack project.
2. In the dialog box, specify the name of the future archive. The entire project folder will be archived.
3. Add the archive through the Orchestrator interface.
