Smart Devices

The Smart Devices panel is designed to explore the interfaces of mobile application and assist in creating search templates for mobile applications.

To work with Android-based mobile devices, you need the Android Device Bridge (ADB) application, which is part of the Android SDK.

To get started, connect your mobile device to your computer and click the Refresh button, after which select the connected device from the list and click the Load UI button:

The left side of the panel displays the application element tree.

When you click on an element, it will be highlighted in the right side of the panel, and a set of its attributes will be displayed at the bottom, in the properties panel.

To refresh the control tree, you need to click the Load UI button again. To change the scale of the mobile device screen, there is a special slider at the bottom of the panel.
