RDP

To work with RDP, the robot uses client virtual channels. Therefore, to work with a remote desktop, you need:

• An active, working RDP client connection.
• Install the Primo Remote Agent x64 application on the remote desktop. The application is provided by the vendor upon request.

To interact with the components of remote desktop applications and record user actions, you need to select the automation type RDP in the settings of the Attach to Application element.

If you encounter problems recording user actions on the remote desktop, try running the remote agent with Administrator privileges.
